7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, R.O.C., without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms will be brought exclusively in the Taipei District Court, Taiwan, R.O.C.

8. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Disclosures and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Parity regarding your use of the Site.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
